Beecher's Cheese Review

I have a great company to tell you about today. The name is Beecher's. They carry handmade cheese and my most favorite food that I can eat every day is yes cheese. I love it on everything and almost every kind. Beecher's carries many different types of cheese but they sent me over their Flagship cheeses that are 1lb and come in 2 pieces and they retail for $20.00.
The first wheel of Flagship, Beecher’s signature cheese, was handcrafted just as Beecher’s Handmade Cheese opened its doors in Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market in November of 2003. Flagship is a semi-hard cow’s milk cheese with a uniquely robust, nutty flavor. It is carefully aged for 15 months under the watchful eye of the cheese maker to fully develop its complex flavor and ever-so-slight crumble. Outstanding on a Beecher’s Cracker! I just like to cut it into slices and eat it I will be trying it on crackers. It would be a great cheese to serve with wine.

Serving Suggestions:
  • Give Flagship a place of honor on an artisan cheese plate
  • Crumble Flagship into an omelet or frittata
  • Add Flagship to your favorite macaroni and cheese recipe

They also sent me "World's Best" Mac & Cheese which retails for $50.00 for 2 20oz pans.
I have to say that this is really good but I do not think that we could afford to spend that kind of money on a side dish. The Cheese on it is excellent and the flavoring as well.
This is how it looks out of the box frozen.
This how it looks fresh out of the oven

This really is awesome mac and cheese. Check out their web site they even have a cheese club.

I received this item for review purposes. My opinions are honest and I was not paid for this review.
