Brendan is 12 and he and his friend put this together themselves and wanted to try it out. There was alot of pieces but the instructions were nice and they were able to figure it out on their own.
My 2 and 4 year old also liked this toy too except my 2 year old loves taking it apart when his brother isn't looking.
This set is great and really fun for all ages I loved it as well.
