Nutrisystem: Weekly Weigh In Week #1

This is week #1 of my Nutrisystem updates. I will be posting a weekly update and weigh in hopefully on Wednesday's. Being that this is week 1 I didn't know what to expect.  I received my box of nutrisysem foods and i sorted them all out and picked all my favorites for week 1. I have to say that some were good and I was disappointed in some of them that were my favorite foods and they just didn't taste the same. So I have been taking note of the ones that I do not care for. I bought a digital scale so I could keep track of my exact weight since the scale I had wasn't working very well and While on the digital scale my true weight was actually more than I thought. My starting weight is 152.6. At first I was nervous to post my weight but I have decided to own what I have and work to make a difference and be proud of myself and my body. My goal I have set for myself is to weigh 130 lbs and if i get down to 120 I wont be mad either... Now for this weeks weigh in it isn't a big number but it is great for me and is still keeping me going into week #2...Drum roll please.....
For a total weight loss of 1.6lbs for week #1. I cant wait to get into the 140's that will be a serious motivator. While preparing my meals for the week I can say that many times I have felt gross thinking of the serving sizes that I had been eating before and for 1 in particular the pancake syrup when i was measuring that I was thinking of how I used to pour it all over and all I can think now is yuck. It does take a bit longer to measure everything but if you look at that scale the extra work shows. So I will end this update feeling great and motivated to looking great as well.
