I am so excited to bring you this review. We have been eating healthier and getting veggies from our farmers market and I love cooking the veggies up in a pan. I have been watching alot of cooking shows and they always cook in a wok so I am excited to do this one.

To cook the veggies I added 2T of olive oil on Med and let heat up for 3 minutes. I chopped up all of my veggies and added them in the pan. Then I added any seasoning that I had on hand for extra flavor.

Then I just cooked them all until they were tender.

That's it we served it with rice and it made a great dinner and a easy clean up too.

I decided since I am obsessed with smoothies at the moment I would use this product to make them. These are all of the ingredients that i used to make this one.

The powder is the purple color and then I just blended it all up.

Both powders are the same color to me and I made sure to blend this very well. They are both really good and I love them both. My 9 year old also loved my smoothies until he saw me stuffing the spinach in it which he never knew i put in them before lol.
